Of Secret Passages and Kneazles
Being Part Two of The Tale of the Kneazle.
Another beautiful day (well, overcast evening) dawns over the humble sim of Witchcraft, and chief engineer Angus Mesmer has finished his latest project. Now Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has been endowed with even more hidden secrets for the students to find, he can truly rest on his laurels and smile in a loving, fatherly sort of way as the kiddies discover the new additions to their playground.
Or, truthfully, laugh like the evil overlord he is at the screams of those unfortunate enough to fall victim to his machinations.

[Faint noises can be heard from behind a wall in the dungeons, the lowest level of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. If a curious observer was able to see through the several-inches-thick walls *coughs*, they would see two students in a small room beyond; one a girl from Slytherin and the other a younger boy from Hufflepuff. Both, rather distressed ((having lagged through the wall)) and unable to escape. On the other side of the wall, two professors converge on the source of the whispering voices.]
[15:39] Zamora O’Kelley: The teacher said she will be back. Dont worry we will get out

[15:40] Zamora O’Kelley: Im sure i can hear some shouting.
[15:42] Kafei Watanabe: Most likely the Quidditch bell thing…

[15:43] Kafei Watanabe: Hello?
[15:43] LaReina Poliatevska: Right through there..
[15:43] Zamora O’Kelley Trys to push against the wall once more.
[15:43] Zamora O’Kelley: URGH! Wont budge.
[15:43] LaReina Poliatevska points at the blank wall
[15:43] Zamora O’Kelley: Hello?! Anybody out there.
[15:44] Kafei Watanabe sighs. “At least I’m not trapped in that painting in the Transfiguration classroom…”
[15:44] Juliette Olifone: goodness! this castle shows me new secrets each day *puts her hands on the wall assesssing it a bit

[15:45] Kafei Watanabe: It disn’t seem so funny….
[15:45] Zamora Kling: no the fact you keep getting lost everywhere

[15:46] Juliette Olifone: hmmm *knocks to see where i might be hollw and then takes out her wand and taps it “reveal your secrets..”*frowning as it has no effect
[15:46] Zamora O’Kelley Can hear people on the other side: Help!
[15:46] Kafei Watanabe: Proffesor Olifone? Is that you?
[15:47] Juliette Olifone yells through the wall “hello!!! are you alright in there?”
[15:47] Juliette Olifone: yes it is*yells..who’s in there?
[15:48] Zamora O’Kelley says while crying: No we have been here for ages and im getting cold and hungry. Im upset.
[15:48] Zamora O’Kelley: Im Zamora O’Kelley, Sister of Zandra and Zavanna O’Kelley, and this is Kafei Erin, im in Slytherin and Hes in Hufflepuff
[15:48] Juliette Olifone yells “i can’t seem to get through..can you retrace your steps ? you must have gotten in somehow?”
[15:49] Zamora O’Kelley: I just leant on the wall for a while and evenetually it opened up and i fell in. My knee is badly hurt and it is bleeding really badly, i landed on it and i think it might be sprained
[15:51] Zamora O’Kelley Trips on a small rock and lands on the same knee, she screams so loudly that nearly all of Hogwarts can hear.
[15:51] Juliette Olifone looks very worried now and yells “kafei..try to go lean on the wall in the other direction. we need to get you two out..zamora must get to the nurse.”
[15:51] Juliette Olifone: zamora!!! kafei..can you hear me..what happened?*yells
[15:52] Zamora O’Kelley Leans on the wall badly on one leg.
[15:52] Zamora O’Kelley: It hurts! I fell, it-it-its out of allignment i think. It looks all funny shaped!
[15:53] Zamora O’Kelley Crys.
[15:53] Juliette Olifone: zamora..deep breaths dear..keep your head now..look around the room for anything at all..any differences in the brick..anything different from the rest of the room…we will get you to the nurse but we need to get you out first.”*says loudly

[15:54] Zamora O’Kelley Shouts: The bricks look normal.. And so does the door.

[15:55] Kafei Watanabe: I know a spell that can help heal her knee.
[15:55] Juliette Olifone: did you say door?!!
[15:55] Kafei Watanabe: Something like Episky.
[15:55] Juliette Olifone: zamora where does that lead?
[15:55] Zamora O’Kelley: My knee is broken, and out of allignment i dont think a spell could help
[15:55] Kafei Watanabe: No, It does help.
[15:56] Juliette Olifone: yes kafei focus on getting her out
[15:56] Zamora O’Kelley: Yes the door leads to an empty room
[15:56] Juliette Olifone: the door? does it open?
[15:56] Juliette Olifone: kafei go see inside the room..test each wall maybe
[15:56] Kafei Watanabe is dizzy.
[15:56] Juliette Olifone: and keep talking loudly..i’m trying to find another way in…
[15:57] Kafei Watanabe: The door leads to some room with a shelf. Much like the shelf in one of the classroms.
[15:58] Juliette Olifone pushes on all the walls and lets out an exasperated sigh
[15:58] Wall: Juliette Olifone can only see some dust on the floor.

[15:58] Kafei Watanabe: I thought of something, but…
[15:58] Zamora O’Kelley Sighs: We wont get in trouble for this will we?
[15:59] Juliette Olifone: kafei..did you push all the walls in the other room? look closely at everything*yells
[15:59] Kafei Watanabe: Yes
[15:59] Juliette Olifone: no dear i think we just need to solve it
[15:59] Wall: Juliette Olifone can only see some dust on the floor.
[16:00] Zamora O’Kelley Screams in agony about her leg
[Our friend the Kneazle stalks along the dungeon corridor in search of mice, and instead finds a rather anxious-looking professor Olifone.]
[16:00] The Kneazle blinks slowly at the owl
[16:00] Juliette Olifone dashes around trying to figure it out
[16:01] The Kneazle scrabbles at the wall
[16:01] Kafei Watanabe: Whats that?
[16:01] The Kneazle looks up at the professor
[16:01] Juliette Olifone: oh sweet kitty..can you find a way in? i am talking to a cat….by merlin i’m losing it now
[16:02] The Kneazle stares at the professor
[16:02] Zamora O’Kelley Thinks Hard At Her Special Ability – thinking a question then knowing it
[16:02] Zamora O’Kelley: Its a cat i think
[16:02] Kafei Watanabe: A cat? But cats are rather intelligent.
[16:02] Juliette Olifone offers a treat to the cat and keeps looking around
[16:02] Zamora O’Kelley: And a very pretty kitty may i add
[16:03] Juliette Olifone looks closer “hmm a kneazle..they aren’t always black….and very rare.”
[16:03] Juliette Olifone: ok back on task…
[16:04] Kafei Watanabe: It’s ok. I’ve broken my bones at least twice. And the nurse has healed them…
[16:05] Zamora O’Kelley Gasps Suddenly and falls asleep against the wall, she lies onto the wall and stands on one leg..
[Being a rather intelligent sort of animal, the Kneazle makes its way to the opposite end of the passage. The younger boy is distracted by the presence of something black and incredibly furry by his ankles.]
[16:05] The Kneazle rubs herself against the boy’s leg
[16:06] Kafei Watanabe: Hm? Oh, hello.
[16:06] The Kneazle blinks at the boy
[The two students and cat are suddenly joined by the professor.]

[16:07] Juliette Olifone: crap i clicked that door..now i’m in here somewhere..lol

[16:08] Kafei Watanabe tries to wake up Zamora.
[16:08] The Kneazle grins a catty grin
[16:08] Zamora O’Kelley Is sound asleep against the wall, and wont wake
[16:08] Juliette Olifone: students..this door..it’s some kind of a portkey
[16:08] Riko Kamachi: ((it’s a door, lol))
[16:08] Juliette Olifone: ok i think we need to move her by magic
[16:08] Wall: Zamora Kling can only see some dust on the floor.
[16:08] The Kneazle nudges the girl
[16:08] Juliette Olifone: ((well ti teleports..lol))
[16:08] Riko Kamachi: ((you have three members of staff laughing their heads off XD))
[16:09] Kafei Watanabe: I have heard of a spell to wake up people who are unconsious
[16:09] Juliette Olifone: ennervate..i will do it dear
[16:09] The Kneazle meows loudly in Zamora’s ear
[16:09] Juliette Olifone points her want towards zamora and says “ennervate.”
[16:09] Juliette Olifone watches to see if it worked
[16:09] The Kneazle continues to meow
[16:10] Kafei Watanabe keeps his eyes closed.
[16:10] Zamora O’Kelley Falls against the wall and bangs her head, waking her up.
[16:10] Zamora O’Kelley: Ouch!..
[16:10] The Kneazle makes a distinct shrug-like movement and wanders back over to the door
[16:10] Juliette Olifone: oh dear zamora!
[16:10] Juliette Olifone goes to check on her
[16:10] Zamora O’Kelley Looks around: What happened to me?
[16:10] Kafei Watanabe: That wasn’t right…. It was Rennervate…
[16:11] Zamora O’Kelley: Huh! How did you get in here Miss Olifone
[16:12] Kafei Watanabe is dizzy again.
[16:12] Juliette Olifone bends down reaching out to help zamora up “do you think you can stand dear? i think i touched the same thing you did by accident trying to find you..”
[16:12] Zamora O’Kelley: I cannot stand on it.
[16:13] Kafei Watanabe: Would Episkey work?
[Having left the room via the door, the Kneazle makes its way back down to the other side of the passage's (unmoving) hidden exit.]
[16:13] The Kneazle scrabbles at the wall
[Finding this ineffective, the Kneazle returns back through the passage to the three humans, now rather irritated.]
[16:14] Juliette Olifone: ok i can help you or if you can’t put any weight on it we can move you with molbicorpus.(sp?) well kafei, neither of us are healers. we should leave that to the professionals.
[16:15] Kafei Watanabe lookes around.
[16:16] Juliette Olifone looks at zamora waiting for her response patiently
[16:16] The Kneazle looks rather irritated
[16:16] The Kneazle looks up at the boy
[16:16] Zamora O’Kelley: I-I-I Am a new student, i started 2 days ago, as long as i am safe i wont mind..
[16:16] Kafei Watanabe looks at the kneazle.
[16:16] The Kneazle paws at the professor’s cloak
[16:17] Kafei Watanabe: It’s dark…
[16:17] The Kneazle sinks her claws in the direction of the professor’s leg
[16:17] Kafei Watanabe: I can’t see that well…
[16:18] Juliette Olifone: ok be still i will cast the spell to move you with us *smiles down at the kneazle “hmm more treats for you? in a minute littel one…ouch bad kitty!”
[16:18] The Kneazle yowls
[16:18] Kafei Watanabe tries to find the door.
[16:18] Zamora O’Kelley Trys her hardest to bend down and stroke the little kitty
[16:18] Kafei Watanabe accidently trips.
[16:18] Kafei Watanabe gets back up.
[16:18] Kafei Erin: Lumos.
[16:18] Juliette Olifone points her wand at the kneazle and says “aguamenti!”
[16:18] Juliette Olifone: kafei are you ok?
[16:18] Kafei Watanabe: Yes.
[16:19] The Kneazle yowls and rushes through the door
[16:19] Juliette Olifone: this is the ticket!! that door
[16:19] Juliette Olifone: zamora bear with me …
[16:19] Juliette Olifone says a silent incantation to mobilize zamora and watches to see if it works
[16:19] Kafei Watanabe rubs his arm.
[16:19] Zamora O’Kelley: Dont worry im right here
[16:20] Kafei Erin: Lumos.
[16:20] Kafei Erin: Lumos
[16:20] Zamora O’Kelley Is pushed suddenly to the door, but stops when trying to get through it.
[16:20] Zamora O’Kelley: Darn.. Wont work
[Having been completely convinced of the trio's ability to escape by themselves, the Kneazle once again returns to the far side of the hidden exit and settles down to listen to their progress.]
[16:20] The Kneazle curls up contentedly on the floor and shakes away the remaining water
[16:21] Juliette Olifone tries to do it again opening the door while trying to levitate her over silently
[16:22] Wall: Zamora Kling can only see some dust on the floor.
[16:22] Kafei Erin: Nox

[16:24] Kafei Watanabe: It’s kind of hard not to.

[Returning a final time, the Kneazle hopes that four times is the charm, and that this time the humans will follow her.]
[16:25] Kafei Watanabe: Hi again,
[16:25] Juliette Olifone holds out her wand towards the kneazle and then sighes
[16:26] The Kneazle nudges the boy with her head
[16:26] Kafei Watanabe pets the kneazle.
[16:26] Juliette Olifone gives the kneazele a daring look and looks at zamora
[16:28] The Kneazle takes one last look at the congregation, and heads back through the door
[The Hufflepuff boy sets off after the Kneazle, following her up some stairs into another room, where an older Gryffindor girl is also stuck.]
[16:29] Kafei Watanabe: Were you tryning to show us this?
[16:29] The Kneazle sits down and starts grooming herself
[16:29] Kafei Watanabe: What is this part ofthe shelf?
[16:29] Karin Falodir: Kafei do it again
[16:29] Kafei Watanabe: Do what?
[Meanwhile, back in the first room...]
[16:29] Juliette Olifone: zamora i will go and look for a nurse if you are not wanting the spell
[16:29] Juliette Olifone: ok shall we gie it a try?
[16:30] Zamora O’Kelley: You can go and look for a nurse if you want, but if you really want to, you can try the spell to make it back in alignment.. It may still hurt though
[16:30] Juliette Olifone: no not your leg..to get you out
[16:30] Juliette Olifone: i am no healer
[16:30] Zamora O’Kelley: Oh! Yes can we try get me out please?
[16:31] Zamora O’Kelley: Looks around.
[16:31] Juliette Olifone: ok then stand still (and follow when i go ok?) *casts the silent incantation again
[16:31] Zamora O’Kelley: Where is Kafei
[16:31] Juliette Olifone: he may have gotten out…i was distracted
[16:32] Zamora O’Kelley Wonders How.
[16:32] Juliette Olifone holds her wand up waiting for the spell to work
[16:32] Zamora O’Kelley: Miss do i have permission to bring out my mobile? I will ask him over text
[16:32] Juliette Olifone: your what? sorry?
[16:32] Zamora O’Kelley Is Happy as it worked
[16:32] Juliette Olifone has never heard of such devices
[16:33] Juliette Olifone goes through the door
[The professor and Slytherin girl join the Hufflepuff boy as he works out how to get out of this new room.]
[16:33] Kafei Watanabe is dizzy from spinning around so much.
[16:33] Zamora O’Kelley Crys having stood on her leg
[16:33] Zamora O’Kelley: Limps up the stairs
[16:34] Kafei Watanabe pusshes part of the shelf.
[The wall opens!]
[16:34] Zamora O’Kelley Gasps
[16:34] Juliette Olifone: come through quickly!! all of you
[16:34] Kafei Watanabe: Are you going, kneazle?
[16:34] The Kneazle blinks at the boy
[16:34] Zamora O’Kelley Takes a seat on the chair quickly sighing with relief finally getting out
[16:35] Juliette Olifone: students! please get zamora to the hospital wing..i need to go attend to my animals..they are long overdue for being fed…
[16:35] The Kneazle yowls
[16:35] Kafei Watanabe pets the kneazle.
[16:35] Juliette Olifone looks to the gryffindor girl and kafei
[16:35] The Kneazle looks irritated
[16:35] Kafei Watanabe: I think it was trying to show us that.
[16:35] The Kneazle struts off swishing her tail
[16:36] Juliette Olifone: please get her some help..and you littel furry one will get another treat if you can behave
[16:36] Juliette Olifone: or not
[16:36] Juliette Olifone shrugs
[16:37] Juliette Olifone: who? kafei please help zamora to the nurse
[16:37] Zamora O’Kelley Wipes her eyes and walks over to the nurse wing
[16:37] Kafei Watanabe: How? SHould weuse the levitation spell?
[16:38] Juliette Olifone: ok now i must go..be careful now everyone..she seems to be walking now
[16:39] Kafei Watanabe: I;ve never seen one before
[Later, in the basement corridor.]
[16:39] Kafei Watanabe: Thank you kneazle.
[16:39] Kafei Watanabe: I know you were trying to show us something.
[16:40] The Kneazle swishes her tail slowly
[16:40] Kafei Watanabe: You were… weren’t you?
[16:40] The Kneazle eyes the boy’s pockets
[16:40] Kafei Watanabe: You wan’t something?
[16:41] Kafei Watanabe checks his bag.
[16:42] Kafei Watanabe: I have an apple…
[16:43] Kafei Watanabe: I don’t know if you eat apples though….
[16:43] The Kneazle shakes her head and stalks off
[16:44] Kafei Watanabe: I’ve never realy had a kneazle before. Or any other pet…
[16:44] Zamora Kling: kneazle!
[16:44] Zamora Kling: wait
[16:45] Kafei Watanabe sighs sadly.
[16:45] Zamora Kling: I have my own cat.. i have a treat
[16:45] Kafei Watanabe: I wish I had something gfor the kneazle. After all, it did show me how to get out…
[Finding herself familiarly being chased again ((and encouraged by 'voices in her head' *coughs*Angus*coughs*)), the Kneazle hides in her favourite spot in a corridor on the first floor.]
[16:47] Karin Falodir: would u like a choclate chip cookie??
[16:47] Zamora O’Kelley: Dont worry Kafei.. The kittie is being quite dificult.
[16:47] The Kneazle meows from within the cupboard
[16:48] Zamora Kling: kitty please come out
[16:48] Kafei Watanabe opens the cupboard.
[16:48] Zamora O’Kelley Screams
[16:48] Kafei Watanabe is hit and knocked down by oone of the suitcases.
[16:49] Kafei Watanabe: Ow….
[16:49] Kafei Watanabe: You wanted to see the trophy room?
[16:49] Zamora O’Kelley Gasps looking into the room
[16:49] Zamora O’Kelley: Yes later, first whats in there
[16:50] Kafei Watanabe: The dueling club’s room.
[16:50] Zamora O’Kelley: Wooow.. The Dueling Room
[16:50] Kafei Watanabe: I’m terrible at combat.
[16:50] Kafei Watanabe: So don’t ask me to duel with you.
[16:50] Zamora O’Kelley: Me too. Dont worry im not asking to duel with my friend
